Ets Efriam in Tnufa LTD was established by Covenant 50% for the purpose of
purchasing the land rights and open developments rights settlements of Ets Efraim
settlement.
Since the establishment of the company, it has been active in the planning and
execution of the establishment of the new neighborhood, starting with preparation of the
detailed outline plan, the preparation of development plan, the execution of
development works of the neighborhood infrastructures and the preparation of the plots
for the construction of the houses, including marketing and handing over the plots to
the buyers.
So far, 146 lots have been prepared, of which 108 have been built and occupied, and
38 lots are under construction (Build your house) and will be occupied in early 2022.

Achziv is a unique project located in the north of Nahariya in adjacent to the mythical
